Valeska Fahey Named Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO
Please join us in congratulating Valeska Fahey, who has been selected as the new Executive Assistant to Michael Hites, Vice President for Information Technology and CIO for SMU.
Valeska joined OIT in 2019, and served as the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification Program Coordinator and Campus Operator. New Public Wiki Space Coming Soon to SMU
When Wiki.SMU was first launched over 10 years ago, the intention was to have a public wiki space for everyone, including guests and non-SMU affiliated individuals, to find information, documentation, and other resources that didn’t necessarily need to be hosted on the main SMU website. As the service was rolled out, security measures were put in place that users came to expect, which made changing how the service operated challenging. With our recent switch to XWiki, we have an opportunity again to launch an open, public wiki service for campus starting this fall.
