SMU login credentials are changing soon

screenshot of the SSO signin screen using NetIDOn December 26, 2024, SMU will switch to using NetID as the standard username for signing into SMU services. Due to a change in how we authenticate with our Single Sign-on (SSO), using your eight-digit employee ID number to sign in will no longer be possible. We are moving to a more convenient NetID that, for most people at SMU, resembles their email address. With the change less than two weeks away, we encourage everyone to start using their NetID today.
