Adobe Test Fest will be a day dedicated to getting SMU students their Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) certification. Not only will OIT cover the cost of the certifications, but we will also award a $100 Amazon gift card to the student with the highest score on their Adobe certification. Adobe Extends Temporary Access to Creative Cloud Desktop Apps
As a result of the campus closure, student access to Adobe Creative Cloud in labs and classrooms is limited. In March, Adobe provided temporary at-home access for impacted students and faculty, so that they can continue their work remotely until May 31, 2020. Since the campus is still experiencing remote operations due to the pandemic, Adobe is providing an extension of the temporary grace for Creative Cloud Desktop Apps for student licenses through July 6, 2020. This will allow students time to resolve any creative class projects using the creative suite, study for certifications, and, of course, use the applications until we get closer to a Healthy Opening Fall 2020.
