With the introduction of new authentication methods for campus telephones, OIT will soon be making visits to your area of campus to ensure departmental phones are logged in properly for the best performance and functionality.
Your friendly OIT staffers will spend a couple of minutes with each phone to check and/or configure them using our new “modern authentication” method and to ensure the phone’s functionality. The phones being checked are mostly the AudioCodes 445HD, the most common model on campus.
