FSA and HSA – March 31 Is The Deadline for 2011 Claims

Don”t Lose Out on Reimbursement for Qualified Healthcare Expenses!
You’ve got until March 31, 2012 to submit qualified healthcare expenses incurred during the 2011 plan year for reimbursement from your Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), as applicable. 

Be sure to sign into your FSA or HSA account, as applicable, to:

  •  determine your account balance
  •  download the reimbursement form
