Sign up for this session to get an overview on choosing a diet plan, how to count your calories,  and tools for tracking your daily food intake along with other nutrition tips. Feel free to bring your lunch to the session. Facilitated by Nikki Bertrand, Dedman Center Personal Trainer. Her training specialties include weight loss and body sculpting for women and resistance training for endurance athletes. Nikki is studying Exercise Science with an emphasis on wellness.
