It’s easy to make the change to online EOBs:
1) If you have not yet registered for your BCBS Member Account, click on this link http://bcbstx.com and then…
- Click “Log in”
- Click “I am a Member”
- Click “Need a User Name? Register now”
2)Â Log in to your BCBS Member Account.
3)Â Under Quick Links, click “stop receiving paper statements.”
4)Â Check the box under Paper Statements (EOBs), to select “Stop paper statements: view and print statements and explanation of benefits (EOBs) online.”
It’s a small step that goes a long way!
