IT Services and Support Now Available Through STABLE

Happy New Year!

STABLE logoYou can now request services and support for IT and several other departments through STABLE.  When you log in to smu.edu/stable, you’ll notice several new forms and options.

  • Request IT assistance, account permissions, and more
  • View upcoming maintenance or planned outages for IT Services
  • View the status of all of your requests in one place (Facilities, IT, Events, Reservations, and more)
  • Provide feedback for any of your requests to help our teams improve
  • View assigned computers and replacement eligibility dates, assigned keys, and office locations
  • New forms and links are also available on the Planon Live mobile application

We’re even introducing a new communication enhancement to help facilitate updates between the customer and the assigned staff.  You will be able to simply reply to the email confirmation you receive from the system when your request is submitted, and it will update the request and notify the assignee.
