Tech Tip Tuesdays

For three Tuesdays (and one Wednesday) in January, we will be presenting 30-minute webinars with quick and easy tips on how to utilize popular tools available to you at SMU.

Microsoft Outlook for Windows

Part 1, January 15, 10 a.m.: Learners will become familiar with common functions within Microsoft Outlook along with non-technical habits that can minimize administrative overhead in their everyday work.
Part 2, Wednesday, January 16, 10 a.m.: This course includes more advanced functions within Microsoft Outlook that can reduce manual e-mail management tasks and improve organization of large mailboxes.

Getting Started with Lyris

January 22, 10 a.m.: Find out how to take advantage of the Lyris ListManager, list.smu.edu, for your campus communications and email marketing. We discuss setting up a list, importing new members, creating personalized email content, and more.

Canvas Tips

January 29, 10 a.m.: Frequently work within Canvas courses? Find out handy tips and tricks from the Canvas administrators themselves in this quick showcase.
