PlayPosit Brings More Features to Course Videos

PlayPosit LogoWe’re always looking for innovative and efficient new ways for faculty to harness technology for their teaching. Recently, OIT and the Academic Technology Council have announced a new pilot program for a new instructional video platform that allows for more interactivity and engagement for online courses.

With the PlayPosit video tool, you can create multiple interactions in a video; including polls, open-ended questions, discussions, and more. Create interactions in your own videos, or videos from other sources like YouTube. And the great news? PlayPosit integrates directly with Canvas and Kaltura, and PlayPosit videos can be set up as graded assignments in Canvas.

No matter your course delivery method – be it on-campus, online, hybrid, or flipped – PlayPosit can help you create effective videos for your classes. Want to learn more? Contact your school’s ATSD or send a message to the IT Help Desk!
