The process of evaluating the optimal structure for our organization involves a great deal of research, collaboration and resourcefulness on the part of our Vice Presidents and Deans. To date, VPs and Deans have reviewed their organization charts and are creating structures that they believe will result in a more effective operation that is better integrated. As a result, there is not a formal timeline for affected position announcements, but final decisions will certainly not be made until after the winter break.
Currently, we expect staff in affected positions to be notified beginning in the first quarter of calendar year 2015, with the understanding that some positions could be on a longer timeline.
