Empowered by AI: New AI Training Pathways Available for Staff

In fact, you may have heard the buzz on campus regarding SMU’s Generative AI Coalition of the Willing, which launched in May 2024. This initiative partnered with our schools and key departments to engage in AI experimentation and learn from each other. The coalition has been a success and has continued to expand. Get Certified at SMULast spring, at the end of one of my Excel trainings, I overheard Jade Weaver pitching the idea of Excel certification and summertime learning to her Division of Student Affairs colleague, Kim Nelson Pryor.
