IT Help Desk Winter Break Hours

Hours for the IT Help Desk during the 2025 Winter Break

snowflakeThe IT Help Desk will have reduced hours for the upcoming winter break. The IT Help Desk will be closed for regular business operations from Tuesday, December 23, 2025, through Monday, January 1, 2026, with operations returning to normal on Friday, January 2, 2026.

During this time, an option will be available to leave a message or report emergencies, such as system-wide outages, when calling the IT Help Desk. These messages will be monitored for on-call emergency support. General inquiries or support will be addressed when regular operating hours resume on Friday, January 2, 2026, starting at 8 a.m.
