The Office of Information Technology (OIT) IT Help Desk will have reduced hours next week with walk-in, phone, and chat support ending at 6 p.m. On Thursday, support will wrap at 5 p.m. The IT Help Desk will be closed for regular business operations from Friday, December 22, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024, for the winter break.
During this time, an option will be available to leave a message or report emergencies, such as system-wide outages, when calling the IT Help Desk. These messages will be monitored for on-call emergency support. General inquiries or support will be addressed when regular operating hours resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, starting at 8 a.m.
