Issues with GMetrix in Apporto? Here’s How to Fix!

From time to time we hear our MOS students are trying to access GMetrix practice exams using Apporto and are unable to access various features from the Microsoft Office ribbon as they are greyed out. Here’s a quick troubleshooting tip that should easily resolve the issue:

1. Exit GMetrix
2. Locate the Office folder in Apporto.
3. Click the application you are wanting to study and launch the program.
4. Close the program and then relaunch GMetrix.
5. Also, use the browser window in fullscreen mode to see all the buttons and the Office security pop-up window.
