Improved Web Experience Coming Soon to AdminImages.SMU

AdminImages logoSunday, June 24, 2019, was an important day in our journey towards an improved user experience for AdminImages.SMU. – also known by some as ImageNow, Perceptive Content, Hyland Software, Kofax, and Perceptive. Over the weekend, a team of specialists upgraded the AdminImages.SMU server with the latest version of Perceptive Content, the underlying software that powers the electronic document storage and retrieval system.

This new version of Perceptive Content will allow us to start modernizing the browser experience and finally remove the need for ancient Java plug-ins. The update will also allow for accessing AdminImages.SMU on mobile devices. Below you can see the before and after of the new web experience.

We currently performing testing of the new version within OIT. Once we have completed internal testing, we will update our deployment plans and share them with the campus community in the coming months.
