Sunday, June 24, 2019, was an important day in our journey towards an improved user experience for AdminImages.SMU. – also known by some as ImageNow, Perceptive Content, Hyland Software, Kofax, and Perceptive. Over the weekend, a team of specialists upgraded the AdminImages.SMU server with the latest version of Perceptive Content, the underlying software that powers the electronic document storage and retrieval system. SMU’s National Center for Arts Research (NCAR) and the Philadelphia-based non-profit DataArts merged over the summer to create SMU DataArts. DataArts has focused on the development, implementation, and operations of a platform called the Cultural Data Project (CDP). The CDP is a comprehensive survey that connects participating arts organizations with grant-making organizations safely and securely.
Last summer we started a journey towards a more intuitive my.SMU by releasing mobile-friendly navigation and a completely updated financial interface. This summer, we have been working on the next critical step in this journey by creating the framework for easier navigation through the entire system.
