Is there a Steering Committee?

There is a Steering Committee, selected by the OE2C Executive Committee. The purpose of the Steering Committee is to ensure adequate feedback from a variety of staff, faculty and student voices. Members of the Steering Committee are:

Brad Cheves, Vice President for Development and External Affairs

Paul Ward, Vice President for Legal Affairs and Government Relations, General Counsel, and Secretary

Mike Condon, University Treasurer

Peter Moore, Interim Dean, Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences

Bill Detwiler, Associate Vice President for Business Services

Rick Hart, Director of Athletics

Jody Magliolo, Professor, Cox School of Business

Lorea Belle Seidel, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources

Martin Sweidel, Professor, Meadows School of the Arts

Will Slack, SMU student, Cox School of Business

Day-to-day communications with Bain will occur with two program coordinators – Bill Detwiler and Professor Martin Sweidel. These co-coordinators will work closely with you, the Bain team and with the Executive and Steering Committees.
