We have been notified that, effective February 17, 2025, Duo Mobile will no longer be supported on iOS 15. If you are using iOS 15 or earlier, it is recommended that you upgrade to the latest iOS version to receive ongoing security updates and improvements.
While this end-of-support milestone is significant if your device is not able to update to a new iOS version, things like Duo Push will continue to work on already-installed versions of Duo Mobile on iOS 15, and you will continue to be able to authenticate. What this means is the Duo Support Team will no longer be able to troubleshoot issues with Duo Mobile running on iOS 15 or older and that your device will no longer receive maintenance fixes or security updates. Most importantly, you will not be able to download the latest version of Duo Mobile on mobile devices running on iOS 15 after February 17, 2025.
