This week, the XWiki Implementation Project Team sent emails to administrators of spaces on Wiki.SMU concerning the migration of content to XWiki. With over 200 spaces on the current Wiki, the migration team is reviewing to see if all those sites, many of which have not been updated since before 2010, are still needed or actively used.
If you are listed as a wiki space admin, you should have received an email titled “Wiki.SMU Survey. Your Response Needed” with the unique link to your survey on Monday, December 18. The survey is only 3 questions and should take less than 3 minutes to complete. The team asks that the survey be completed as soon as possible to ensure they have time to review it before the migration of content begins in late January 2024.
If you are a wiki space admin and did not receive a survey, please contact the IT Help Desk at 214-768-HELP (4357) or email help@smu.edu, so they can investigate.
