my.SMU will be undergoing major maintenance this weekend. Students, faculty, staff, and others will not be able to access the system or make payments.
An outage has been scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023, and will continue throughout the day. The scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed by 4 p.m. that same day. During this period, student registration, student financials, tuition payments, admin workflows, and other features will be unavailable, so please plan accordingly. If you get a down for maintenance notice, we encourage you to try back later in the evening.
This outage allows the Division of Enrollment Services and OIT to make structural changes to certain modules configuration, and will not impact user experience.
