Working with DocuSign
September 20, 2 p.m.
In this one-hour course, learners will become familiar with the possible uses of the DocuSign service. Using real-world examples, the trainee will experience how to create signing envelopes, send envelopes to required signatories, and also signing documents themselves.
Sitecore Basics for Content Editors
October 13, 10 a.m.
Are you responsible for updating information on existing SMU web pages but don’t know where to start? This session covers the basics of creating a web page from scratch within the Sitecore Content Management System. You will also learn how to work with links, images, and the formatting of existing pages.
Wrangling Text in Excel
November 10, 1 p.m.
Have you ever done a data dump and thought, “Wow, this needs some work!”? This session will review some of the most popular Excel Text functions for data manipulation and analysis. You’ll also learn how to join text strings, manipulate text, remove strange characters, pad numbers with zeros, and more.
This is an introductory course designed for those who have a basic understanding of the Excel interface.
Audio & Video Editing Essentials
December 5, 2:00 p.m.
Have you wanted to boost your office’s social media presence or record content for professional development? In this course, learn more about the most common tools available to you for editing audio and video, along with editing best practices. We will also have quick demonstrations of Adobe Premiere Rush, as well as Adobe Audition.
