Starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2019, the yearly Lyris Bulk email list refresh for graduate and undergraduate students will be processed. This year, the refresh will include email addresses for staff. No mail sent to bulklist.smu.edu will be processed until the refresh is complete. The Email List Refresh is expected to take several hours.
Once complete, users will be able to unsubscribe from Campus Lists or School Lists, as needed, at http://mylists.smu.edu. As a reminder, membership on the essential bulk lists (staff@smu.edu, faculty@smu.edu, undergraduate@smu.edu and graduate@smu.edu) is mandatory. Policies are in place to ensure that only messages that pertain to safety, health or vital information for the campus community are sent to these essential lists. All other messages are sent via the managed lists which, again, users can unsubscribe from at http://mylists.smu.edu.
