New Annual Review Process: Update Your Department’s Directory Information

Directory assistance iconThe Office of Information Technology is introducing a new annual review process to help departments verify and update their public directory information. This fall, a Qualtrics survey will be distributed, allowing departments to update what appears on the SMU Department Directory webpage and ensure the accuracy of information for SMU call centers.

The survey will be sent to the department email accounts or the primary listed contact for the number. Please keep an eye out for this information and assist us in maintaining accurate campus records.

Looking for a contact on campus?

As always, you can get live assistance by dialing the campus operators using  0  from a campus line or calling 214-768-2000 from any phone during normal business hours. While most information can be found on the website, we realize sometimes a recommendation for the best contact can be helpful! The University Operators are available to assist Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
