Each year, the SMU Faculty Senate recognizes several outstanding staff members across campus who make an incredible difference for faculty. This year, two OIT Academic Technology Service Directors (ATSDs) were recognized with this honor. James Pan, nominated by the faculty of the Perkins School of Theology, and Merlin Wilkerson, nominated by the faculty from the Lyle School of Engineering, were awarded Outstanding Staff Member Award plaques and other honors during the Faculty Senate May 2019 meeting.
The Office of Information Technology is proud of Merlin and James and the work that they do building relationships and supporting faculty in their schools. Well done!
