Congratulations to Teresa Acosta ’22. She was recently selected to receive the Dr. Ervin “Vinny” Caraballo scholarship.
The scholarship was presented by the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals.
According to a Dallas Morning News article, Teresa Acosta “will study for a Masters in Public Health at Boston University starting in August 2022, after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Rights, Biology, and a minor in Spanish and History.”
