This semester, students are again trading up in value, beginning with a single glass
marble (this year’s is cobalt) and seeing what they can gain. All trades have to be final.
What most find in this exercise, is that the item itself, at least at first, has little to do with the process of initial trading. It is one’s story, how one communicates about themselves, the goal of the marble game and the sharing of their own personality (approach) that matter most.
Networking becomes key. People like to help those they know, like and trust. So, it behooves participants to approach their networks.
