Dr. Josue Borrego, Principal of Hall Personalized Learning Academy at Oak Cliff, is looking to fill some vacancies the elementary campus in Oak Cliff. I am in search for some dynamic educators for the upcoming school year (2021-2022).
We are offering a special intercession calendar, that allows teachers to earn an extra $7,000-10,000 on top of their base pay, plus any stipends they would qualify for.
Lastly, I am looking to create a storehouse of soon to be leaders, as they gain experience the idea is to fast track them into leadership positions. At my campus they will have the opportunity to engage in leadership roles, to help gain the experience necessary for their future.
Currently, I am in search of two 3rd grade teachers, two 5th grade teachers and one 2nd grade teacher (plus a counselor). I know it may not be feasible to hire/fill all the positions, but I am trying to be intentional about hiring dynamic leaders, they are needed in the most at-risk communities.
