SMU Board Fellows Program

The SMU Board Fellows Program gives undergraduates the opportunity to serve as a silent member on a nonprofit board. Selected students are matched with Dallas area nonprofit organizations throughout the summer. These students serve a year term from September 2023-May 2024. Benefits of participating include:

  • Access to mentoring and networking with talented business leaders
  • Developing relationships with organizations and executives
  • Participating in community impact and development projects
  • Strengthening relationships with community partners
  • Access to organizations’ knowledge and skills development processes
