Clements Center fellow Miguel Ángel González-Quiroga was awarded the Ramirez Family Award for Most Significant Scholarly Book from the Texas Institute of Letters for his book War and Peace on the Rio Grande Frontier, 1830-1880 (University of Oklahoma Press).
