SIUS 2023 Registration Rates
Presenters should pre-register by February 15, 2023. Rates for the conference are as follows:
Presenters:
Early bird rate (until February 15): $150
Regular rate (until April 5): $180
On-site: $200
Graduate Students or Adjuncts Presenting*:
Early bird rate (until January 15): $75
Regular rate (until April 5): 100
On-site: $ 120
*Include proof of status
Non-Presenters:
Both days: $50
One day only: $30
SMU Faculty, Staff, and Students: Free with a valid SMU ID.
Social Dinner (Friday): $40
(Graduate students $25)
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by sending an email to the conference organizers at spainishintheus2023@smu.edu.
• Any refund requests received before February 15th, 2023 will receive a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
• Any refund request received between February 15th and March 6th, 2023 will receive a 50% refund.
• Any requests received on or after March 7th, 2023 will receive no refund.
• No-shows at the conference are not eligible for a credit or refund.
Note: In the unlikely event that the conference hast to be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded. However, SIUS 2023 and all entities and persons related to it will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies. By the same token, SIUS 2023 is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues related to personal travel, and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
