A record 5,700 items were uploaded in July. A major portion of the items were 70 sketchbooks comprising 4,604 pages that were added to the Otis Dozier Sketchbooks collection. All 130 sketchbooks have now been cataloged and uploaded. This collection is a cooperative project with the Dallas Museum of Art.

– Bedford Lemere & Co.’s R.M.S. Maurentania in the Europe, Asia, and India: Photographs, Manuscripts, and Imprints collection.
– DeForrest Judd’s Colorado ’66 Sketchbook (101 pages) in Texas Artists: Paintings, Sculpture, and Works on Paper. All nine Judd sketchbooks have now been digitized, cataloged and uploaded into the collection.
– A. A. Forbes’ Arizona and California, album in the U.S. West: Photographs, Manuscripts, and Imprints collection.
– The Spanish American War accession in the Latin America: Photographs, Manuscripts, and Imprints collection. This series of three photographs shows the ceremony marking the end of Spanish rule in Cuba on January 1, 1899, and the beginning of the U.S. occupation of Cuba.
– 113 .pdf files in the Southern Methodist University Student Newspapers collection.
– 26 Texas currency notes in John N. Rowe III Collection of Texas Currency
– 437 items in the Lawrence T. Jones III Texas Photographs
– 2 gigaku masks in the Mary McCord-Edyth Renshaw Collection on the Performing Arts collection.
– 13 photographs of WFAA and The Dallas Morning News in the Belo Records, 1842-2007 collection.
– Bridwell Library published 66 prints in the Prints by Albrecht Dürer collection.
