138 postcards, ca. 1904-1930, from the John Miller Morris Real Photographic Postcards and Photographs of Texas collection. This project was made possible by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services and Texas State Library and Archives Commission (Grant Number TXT-21010). (2021). These postcards feature images from across Texas and include family portraits, photographs of buildings, street scenes, and more. One example is an image of Christmas dinner at Camp MacArthur in Waco.
5 interviews from the Southern Methodist University Oral History Interviews and Digital Humanities Student Projects collection. These interviews, with Reverend Todd Atkins, Frances Castenada Dyess, Patricia Hicks, Damon Hurst, and Nariana Sands are part of the Voices of SMU project.

79 film negatives, ca. 1884-1935, from the Collection of Dallas Morning News negatives and copy photographs. All of these images depict scenes of Texas, with the majority of them in Dallas and others in Austin and Corpus Christi. The negatives show a variety of newsworthy events from the early 20th century and turn of the 19th century, including the 1908 and 1930 Trinity River Floods, the State Fair of Texas, an air show at Love Field, and many others.
25 scrapbook pages, 1936-1946, from DeForrest Judd Scrapbook, 1936-1950. These pages contain newspaper clippings about art shows in which Judd participated, including the Ninth Texas General Exhibition in Houston and exhibitions at Theater ’47 in Dallas. Also included are a number of programs and several notes written to Judd, including a Christmas card from Velma and Otis Dozier.
3 photographs, ca. 1915, from American Border Troops and the Mexican Revolution, which show three views of a wrecked locomotive on a hillside in Mexico.
49 items from the Southern Methodist University Course Catalogs collection for academic years 1927-1928, 1933-1934, 1944-1945, 1954-1955, 1956-1957, 1980-1981, and 1989-1990. These catalogs contain general information and course descriptions from each of SMU’s programs of study.
