| Allie Parnell is an outsourcing & technology transactions attorney in Holland & Knight’s Dallas office. Ms. Parnell focuses her global technology transactions practice on complex technology and commercial deals, including global information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) transactions. She also has in- depth knowledge of, and experience with, security, digital transformation, analytics and engineering, and managed and cloud services, including platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), device as a service (DaaS) and software as a service (SaaS).Ms. Parnell advises clients on sourcing and alliance agreements, joint ventures, RFP responses, supplier engagements, material contract disputes, and other large commercial contracts. While in- house, she worked as both an attorney and an executive, solidifying her industry-leading, in-depth knowledge of all facets of the technology and outsourcing industry. Immediately prior to joining H&K, she led a team of attorneys and contract negotiators supporting DXC Technology’s major transactions team. |
