Did you know? SMU has four apartment communities available for SMU students!
These apartments are associated with SMU housing, but can be rented like a regular apartment. The apartments run on a 12-month contract and are available to upper-division (junior and senior) undergraduate and graduate students. The apartment communities include Fourplex, Red Door, Hillcrest Manor, and Hilltop Heights, each offering unique floorplans and price points. Floorplans range from 1- to 3-bedroom units, with access to parking, and all buildings are just across the street from campus.
Megan Piotrowski serves as the Apartment Coordinator for these communities and is able to assist perspective and current residents of the apartments with any questions they may have. She will be able to guide students through the process of signing contracts, moving in/out, and utilities. Piotrowski is available via email at mpiotrowski@smu.edu.
