As part of our Community and Global Reach initiatives, the Institute for Leadership Impact has developed a series of e-learning courses.
Over the past two years, the Institute for Leadership Impact has developed e-learning courseware to train leaders in a variety of learning contexts. Courses are used by health care professionals in Africa, superintendents in the District Leadership Fellows program, and SMU students in Dr. Bing’s Creating Impact in Global and Public Health class.
The e-learning courses cover topics such as time management, coaching skills, meeting management and negotiations. All courses developed by the Institute for Leadership Impact are computer-based, flexible and can be applied in contexts far beyond health and education.
