Alex Teytelboym from Harvard University will present his recent research on bilateral contracts. His interest lies in settings where economic agents are viewed as being part of a network (e.g. supply chains). He specifies a new notion of whether the links between economic agents constitute a “network equilibrium” and explores whether traditional equilibrium concepts are consistent with the new notion.
