University Park Police and SMU PD responded to an armed robbery at the CVS store at Park Cities Plaza on Mockingbird near campus at approximately 2:50 a.m. (08/26/2023).
Employees reported two men entered the store, brandished a handgun and demanded cash, then fled southbound on Central Expressway in a car parked in the alley. The suspects were described as black males wearing dark clothing and masks and the vehicle was a dark color, possibly a hatchback. No further description was given on the suspects or vehicle.
