Dr. James F. Hollifield is the Co-Chair of the Wilson Center’s Refugee and Forced Displacement Initiative (RAFDI). RAFDI was established to provide evidence-based analyses that will translate research findings into practice. It also aims to expand new perspectives, constructive dialogue and sustainable solutions to inform policies that will improve the future for displaced people.
