Austin Hickle, Tower Scholar ’22, received the prestigious Marshall Scholarship for 2024. This scholarship, which is for postgraduate studies, was established in Britain to “enable intellectually distinguished young Americans, their country’s future leaders, to study in the UK.”
Austin becomes 1 of 4 SMU students to have received a Marshall Scholarship, and the second Tower Scholar to do so.
