Dr. Cullum Clark, Tower Center Senior Fellow, wrote a white paper to explain the set of the Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development project. He focuses on the challenges, theories for change, and plans for improving the three focus neighborhoods in Southern Dallas. In initiating this project, the goal is to provide a better understanding of how intervention can promote equitable and inclusive growth in Dallas and other cities. DCED has had to adapt due to COVID-19, but it plans to move forward across all of its programs. Read more here.
