Unique Opportunity- Zion Lutheran School

Hi!

My name is Jordan Gusa and I am a teacher at Zion Lutheran School here in Dallas. We have an early childhood student in our program that has recently been diagnosed with ASD. He is very successful in the classroom during the regular school day/year. This child will be attending our summer program here at Zion on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 8:30-3:30.

Our summer program tends to be a less structured environment than the normal school day. Because of this, we are concerned that some of his behaviors will escalate.

With that being said, we are looking for someone to shadow/help this student each day he is here for summer camp.

Would you mind letting your students know of this opportunity. I believe it would be a great chance for a student to gain clinical hours OR earn some extra tuition money for the fall.

Thank you so much and please reach out if you have any questions.

-Jordan Gusa
