Mother’s Helper position

We are looking to hire a Mother’s Helper for part time in-home help with our two children, a girl who is 3y5mo and a boy who is 1y1mo. Father is out of the house all day at work, mother is a Clinical Psychologist who is home with kids. Focus of work will be replacing mom so she can focus on alternate tasks while you are there.

Flexible schedule, but desired roughly 9AM to 1PM two or three days a week with possibility of adding hours or babysitting in the evenings if things go well.

Must be a happy person, calm and stable, emotionally intelligent, incredibly kind and patient, smart and love kids. Your time will be spent nurturing, stimulating and educating our kiddos while you play and enjoy life in our child-friendly home. Request willingness to tag-team family chores if kids just need mama during part of your time.

Require CPR certification and independent transportation.

Compensation open to conversation, roughly $15/hr DOE, more for babysitting without me present.

Start date mid September. Priority given to someone who will be in the area for the next two years. Home located on Breckenridge Park in Richardson. Please contact Dr. Sierra Carson if interested in the position: sierraelliott@gmail.com. Include resume and brief description of experience.

Thank you!
