NOTE: BEGINNING 2022, DEDMAN CENTER MEMBERS WILL PARK IN MEADOWS GARAGE AND MUSTANG PARKING CENTER.
Mustang Parking Center is located on Bush Ave, east or behind the Dedman Center from Mustang Circle. Moody and Binkley Parking Garages will no longer accept Dedman Center Member Cards.
The Dedman Member on-campus parking is available to specific Dedman Center Memberships. Please see Membership Rates for more details.
Permit requests will only be processed with a current membership and/or paid parking. If error in the submission, the Dedman Center will contact you via email provided in the Membership profile.
Permits are only issued to the individual and individuals are limited to a single virtual permit number. Individuals may register up to 2 vehicles, primary and secondary, to a single virtual permit. The vehicles registered under the same virtual permit may not be on-campus at the same time or risk a citation.
Upon confirmation and verification of Membership status, on-campus parking requests will be processed to SMU Parking Office. SMU Parking Office will send the virtual permit number and instructions to the email listed below. Please retain this email for future reference.
Members will be responsible for maintaining updated vehicle information through their account with the SMU Parking Portal.
The Dedman Center and Campus Recreation Department are not responsible for damaged or stolen property or citations.
Dedman Member Parking Permit Request
Please complete the following fields and select submit to request your Dedman Center on-campus parking permit. If an issue or problem is encountered in the processing of the parking permit, you will receive an email from the Dedman Center.
SMU Employees, Retirees, and SMU Sponsored accounts must acquire parking and ID cards through the SMU Parking & ID Card Office.
