ARGUS CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP

On-campus certification workshops help students build practical, career-ready skills throughout the year. The ARGUS Enterprise Certification Workshop, for example, offers hands-on experience with industry-standard financial modeling software. To encourage participation and success, incentives are offered to students who complete and pass the certification exam—reinforcing a strong focus on real-world career preparation in commercial real estate.

ADVENTURES IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Students have the opportunity to enhance their real estate financial modeling skills through the A.CRE Accelerator 2.0 Program, a self-paced, case-based online course featuring 17 comprehensive modules. To support students’ advanced studies, the Institute co-invested by covering half of the program’s cost. Each year, many undergraduate and graduate students commit to this program to deepen their expertise.

CCIM ADVANCED MARKET ANALYSIS WORKSHOP

An Advanced Market Analysis Workshop, led by Mark Cypert, CCIM instructor and partner at Middleton Partners, is offered yearly to students. This data-intensive workshop is based on the CCIM Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis course, offering students deep insights into market analysis techniques.

TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSING COURSEWORK PARTNERSHIP

For students interested in real estate brokerage, capital markets and investments, the Institute partners with Champions School of Real Estate in providing students a discounted path to obtaining their Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License.
