SMU Cox – Folsom Institute for Real Estate students had an incredible opportunity to engage with eleven leading real estate firms during the Spring 2024 New York Corporate Trek.
Participating companies included JLL Capital Markets, Fortress Investment Group, L&L Holding Company, BlackRock, Mitsui Fudosan America, Related Companies, TPG, Sail Harbor Capital, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, CBRE, and SL Green Realty Corp.
The trek concluded with the NYC Reception, where students, alumni, and industry professionals gathered at the historic Ivory Peacock Bar in Flatiron. The 139-year-old venue provided the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with classmates, forging new connections, and celebrating SMU Real Estate’s growing presence in New York City.
