CASE COMPETITIONS
Real estate case competitions allow students to apply classroom and textbook real estate concepts and applications to real world issues. BBA and MBA real estate teams represented SMU in regional and national competitions including: National Real Estate Challenge at UT, Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition, ICSC Foundation Real Estate Case Competition, UNC Real Estate Development Challenge, and Villanova Mulroy Real Estate Challenge.
