Past treks have included major cities like Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York City, as well as international destinations like London and Canada.

Case Competitions

RISE Program
RISE is a selective cohort of driven SMU undergraduates preparing for careers in commercial real estate. The program offers a hands-on curriculum covering asset classes, valuation, capital markets, and capital stack structuring. Students build real-world skills in underwriting, financial modeling, and investment pitch development—culminating in portfolio evaluations and pitch reviews that help them stand out in a competitive job market.
