Southern Methodist University Cox Undergraduate Students take home first place at the IREM Dallas College Case Competition.
Dallas, TX – November 2025 – The Folsom Institute for Real Estate is proud to celebrate our SMU undergraduate team for earning first place at the 6th Annual Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) College Case Competition. Team members Carl Firch, Bashir Iman, Matthew Wynne, Colin Behrens, Max Burchett , and Vivaan Gupta delivered an exceptional performance, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world commercial real estate and property management challenges.
Their success is a testament to their grit, collaboration, and strategic thinking. We couldn’t be prouder of the dedication and drive that led them to this well-deserved win.
