Mickey Dollens earned a bachelor’s degree in English from SMU and embarked on career path that encompasses sports, philanthropy and technology. The former Mustang football player competed on the U.S. Olympic bobsled team (2011-2014); published a book on high school football recruiting titled Recruit Yourself: NCAA Football; and created a fitness apparel brand with a philanthropic component called Tree Trunx Fitness (for every apparel item sold, a tree is planted). He has since branched out into other areas of athletic endeavor and placed second in the 2014 Oklahoma Olympic Weightlifting Championships. His most recent business venture is Treetop Drones, a company dedicated to innovative applications of drone technology to improve the planet.
